Second citizenship for UAE residents

A private service for people who live in the UAE. Tell us about your family and goals: we shortlist the programmes that fit, and you apply through a licensed partner agent.

How it works

Three steps, handled discreetly

  1. Request a private consultation

Tell us about your family, nationality and goals. It takes two minutes and stays private.

  2. Receive your shortlist

We assess which programmes fit your nationality, family and budget against the published rules. Information, not legal advice.

  3. Apply through a licensed partner agent

A licensed agent prepares and files your application with the government. We tell you who they are before sharing your details.

Programmes

Nine programmes, one clear starting price each

Five in the Caribbean, two in the Pacific, Türkiye and São Tomé and Príncipe. Each figure is the government minimum for the main route.

Government minimum. Agent and professional fees are additional.

For UAE residents

Built around life in the UAE

  • Your nationality, not your residence, decides which programmes accept you.
  • Police clearance, attestation and Emirates ID copies come from UAE bodies; our checklist names each one.
  • One programme, São Tomé and Príncipe, runs its citizenship unit from Dubai.

Our role

What we do, and what the licensed agent does

We do

  • Listen to your situation in confidence.
  • Assess which programmes fit your nationality, family and budget.
  • Tell you which licensed partner agent would file, with their licence, before sharing your details.
  • Keep every programme fact tied to its official source.

We leave to the licensed agent, or to no one

  • Preparing and filing your application, which only a licensed agent may do.
  • Legal or tax advice: our shortlist is information, not advice.
  • Promising an outcome: every decision is the government's.
  • Sharing your details with more than one agent: we never do.

Questions people ask

Can I keep my current passport?

That depends on your home country's law, not on the programme. Some countries allow dual citizenship and others withdraw nationality when you take another; our UAE residents guide sets out the official position for ten common nationalities.

Do I have to live in the country?

Most of these programmes have no residence rule in force. Antigua and Barbuda requires five days in the first five years, Saint Lucia's law requires residency without yet setting the terms, and Türkiye's route runs through a residence permit.

How long does it take?

Each government publishes its own figure, from approval within 60 business days in Grenada to a decision within 120 to 180 days in St Kitts and Nevis. Türkiye publishes none.

Who submits my application?

A licensed agent. Each programme here accepts applications through agents it licenses, except Türkiye, which has no agent system: there you apply in person or through a proxy. Investor Passports does not file applications itself.

What does a consultation cost?

Nothing, and it does not start an application. You receive a shortlist of the programmes that fit; if you go ahead, we tell you which licensed partner agent would file your application, with their licence, before sharing any of your details.
